Rental Mediation Services provides fast, free, and confidential mediation in person or online to help people come together to talk about and potentially solve their disputes in a controlled environment. As possible solutions arise, trained Mediators help guide participants toward a resolution of their own making. The process is designed to be a way to easily resolve disputes. When people decide to participate in the program, 80% of cases are resolved.

The Alameda County Unincorporated Rental Mediation Services Program is provided by The Center for Community Dispute Settlement (CCDS). CCDS has been providing mediation services to the Tri-Valley communities and the Alameda County Superior Court since 1995. Founded in Livermore, CA, We emerged out of a recognized need for non-adversarial conflict resolution for individuals and organizations. As professional neutrals we provide mediators, trainers, management consultants and neutral facilitators.
